Hey Community!

I know we haven’t been as busy here on social media, but we have been busy out in the community. A few things have happened. We closed our location in Maplewood but are active out in the community and still seeing our groups and individual sessions. We appreciate you hanging in there with us as we make all the changes and growing pains.

We are also very excited to be at the protest and would love to see you there! We will have other events to share along the way too! See you soon!

✨ We’re not closing—just shifting spaces. ✨

You may have noticed we’ve been a little quieter here lately. We’ve been busy doing what we do best—working in the community, running groups and sessions, and showing up for youth and families in many different spaces.

We want to share an important update: Complete Harmony will be closing our physical studio space on January 31, 2026.
We are not closing our business. We are not going away.

While this space has meant so much to us, this shift allows us to stay sustainable and continue supporting the Q***r and vulnerable youth and families we serve. We will still be offering classes, groups, and community events in partner locations and throughout the community.

We also continue to offer additional workshops, groups, and support by request, based on the needs of the community. If there’s something you’re hoping for, we’d love to hear from you.

Our mission hasn’t changed. Our community hasn’t changed. Just the walls around us.

Thank you for being here and growing with us. 💛
This isn’t an ending—it’s a shift so we can grow.🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🧘🏻‍♀️

Come join us! We hope to see you there!

“Rally for Trans Rights” on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 12:00–1:30 p.m., at the St. Louis City Hall Rotunda.

On January 13, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J., landmark cases challenging bans that discriminate against transgender students under the Equal Protection Clause and Title IX.

In response, the ACLU has called on Black Pride STL and TFAM organizations nationwide to host community activations in support of trans justice. Black Pride St. Louis is answering this call by hosting a “Rally for Trans Rights” on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 12:00–1:30 p.m., at the St. Louis City Hall Rotunda.

We invite you to partner with us by promoting and participating in this rally, including outreach, sign-making, and uplifting community speakers.

Trans rights are human rights. We hope you will stand with us in supporting our trans siblings and affirming justice for all.

For more information or to get involved, please contact Jordan Elizabeth Braxton, Vice President of Black Pride St. Louis, at [email protected].

We have been so busy here keeping up with our weekly classes, weekly sessions, toddler time at the library, going to multiple organizations for summer camps, and more. We also aren’t oblivious to what’s happening around us and how this is affecting our trans and q***r youth, and their families. It’s really important to us that all youth feel safe, are seen, and are heard. Our LGBTQIA+ youth are paying attention to what’s happening, as are their parents. We want you to know you are perfect the way you are! When you show up we will always make sure you have a space to process whatever is coming up for you. We will also never stop fighting and advocating for a safer world where everyone else sees this too! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Complete Harmony: St. Louis Kids Trauma-Informed Yoga

Complete Harmony is St. Louis’ first trauma-informed yoga studio for youth. Complete Harmony was born out of the need to bring trauma-informed yoga to kids and youth, and providing a safe space that is dedicated just to kids and teens.
