St. Louis Mullen Foundation The St. Louis Mullen Foundation brings awareness and financial support to small, local organizations that serve veterans, animals and families in need. St.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Louis Mayor Clarence Harmon issued a proclamation declaring May 2, 1999, Mike Mullen Day. In 2011, a group of friends worked to revive the celebration as a day that does good in the community. Louis Mullen Foundation carries on the annual tradition.

We are heartbroken by the loss of our dear friend Lisa Beke, president of the St. Louis Mullen Foundation board of directors. Lisa passed Monday evening after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a guiding force for our organization even before its founding, a devoted friend and a tireless champion of our mission. Lisa’s kindness, generosity and leadership continue to inspire our work. Our thoughts are with her husband, Eric, and all who knew and loved her. ❤️

Last weekend, we were thrilled to present each of our three 2025 nonprofits with checks for $10,000! Thanks to your generosity at the 13th annual Mike Mullen Day, presented by Rosie’s Place, we raised $30,000, which will help support the work of Foster Together, The Cheshire Grin Cat Cafe (The Green Paw Rescue) and Recovet.
