Long before the performances, it’s the hours in the studio—showing up, staying focused, and doing the work.

RDA/MidStates dancers brought the energy all weekend, and our faculty met them there with insight, challenge, and support. 👏

And in those same spaces, new opportunities began to take shape—connections made, doors opened, futures imagined.

Dancers, directors, faculty, vendors, and recruiters all in one place—creating opportunities, sharing insight, and building something bigger together. That’s what makes this community so special.
