Gateway Garden Railroad Club Our club is for those interested in "G" Gauge or Large Scale model trains. Big-Trains are commonly referred to as "G" gauge or Large Scale.

Unlike HO scale, big-trains are not a consistent scale. Big trains are a variety of scales: 1:20.3, 1:22.5, 1:24, 1:29, and 1:32. What they all have in common is that they all run on the same width track. "G" gauge track is 45mm or roughly 1 3/4 inch between the rails. But don't let this be a problem. Big train enthusiasts run different scales on the same layout.

It is with sincere condolences that I notify the GGRRC membership of the passing of one of our own. Dentist Paul Biegler passed on May 3, 2026.

Belleville, IL 62226.

Service to follow at 11:30am.
