It is with sadden hearts that we announce the loss of one of our own. was a dedicated mentor, best Vice President and best mother anyone could ask for. Even while fighting lupus. On Friday, God asked for her back. As we lay our sister to rest and mourn the loss of such a beautiful soul whom cannot be replaced, we ask for understanding of our absence and privacy during this time. Thank you 🙏🏾 ❤️ 💜

We’ve been quiet but today, it wasn’t happening.

I remember getting the necessary funds and taking my then after school group to see . It was important for me that see a movie 🍿 with heroes who looked exactly like them. Especially my black boys. did us justice and beyond as a hero. My kids left the movie theater empowered, enriched and encouraged that they could do ANYTHING!

To the family of , thank you for sharing your hero with us.
