30 Days Scooter Gang 30 Days Scooter Gang is a local scooter club that prides itself on camaraderie between its members. If you last the "30 days", you're in. :)

One of the most important founding principles of our group is that of building friendships. We'd rather be a "group of friends that rides together" than a "group of riders who might be friends also." In our beginning planning meetings, one of our members suggested that prospective members would get "30 days" notice if they didn't meet our membership requirements. This spun off into an in-joke with

in the group, and eventually got voted in as our official name. We don't have membership forms, dues to pay to enter, but neither are you a "member" just by coming to a meeting or signing up on our forum. In practice, prospective members have a "30 day" trial period. This is to help them establish the friendships and connections that we value so much, and to see if they fit in and are a good match. During that time, prospective members are encouraged to be active with the group and on the boards, attending meetings and such.
