Ballroom Dance Academy of St Louis The purpose of Ballroom Dance Academy of Saint Louis is to promote partner or ballroom style dancing Come join us.

Tango, waltz, foxtrot, cha-cha-cha, rumba, salsa, Argentine tango... these are names representing some of the 29 styles of ballroom dance that are performed in competitions and danced at social gatherings and night clubs around the world. Studies show ballroom dancing provides a positive and youthful environment for people of all ages. Not only is ballroom dancing a cultural event, it's also a form of exercise that improves one's health and mind by teaching social skills, fall prevention, balance, musicality, concentration, and sequential memory. Ballroom dancing is truly an inter-generational lifelong activity that can be enjoyed and participated in by everyone. Meet new people and learn how even you can tame your own two left feet.

Join our Milonga class and dive into the joyful, fast-paced world of this classic social dance. You'll master playful, syncopated footwork and build a deep, fluid connection with your partner that will keep you moving effortlessly.

October 20th 8 pm – 9 pm Vals Class
Join our upcoming Argentine Tango Vals class and experience the beautiful, flowing fusion of classical waltz rhythm and traditional tango connection. You'll master smooth, continuous turns and elegant musicality that will make you feel like you're floating with your partner.

October 27th 8 pm – 9 pm Technique Class
Our Argentine Tango Technique class is the ultimate power-up for your dancing, turning complex mechanics into pure, fluid fun! You will supercharge your balance, posture, and core stability through exercises that make smooth pivots and elegant movement feel completely natural. Get ready to elevate your skills!

No partner needed—just bring your bring your love for dance and get ready to shine on the social dance floor!

Looking to learn something new, meet great people, or level up your dance skills? Join Andrea on Tuesdays from October 6th to October 27th, 2026 for our upcoming ballroom series!
Whether you are an absolute beginner or looking for a challenge, we have the perfect class for you:
✨ 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Basic Ballroom: American Tango & Cha Cha
• Experience: No experience needed!
• Perfect for anyone wanting to learn the fundamentals of the passionate Tango and the lively Cha Cha.
✨ 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Intermediate Ballroom: Foxtrot & East Coast Swing
• Experience: Requires prior knowledge of basic Foxtrot and East Coast Swing (e.g., 2 months of basic classes at BDASL or previous dance experience).
• Perfect for dancers ready to expand their patterns, technique, and styling.

🚫 No partner required! Come on your own or bring a friend—we rotate throughout the class.
