This week we have been celebrating our genuine, sincere friend - the AMAZINGLY TALENTED Elizabeth Ehlmann for her 20 YEARS of service to the YMCA! Please take some time to drop a note for E in the comments, and enjoy these throwback photos:

Elizabeth began her Y career at the South City YMCA 20 years go as an MSA, & has been serving in full-time roles for us for 19 years! She has been a systems trainer (AS400 anyone!?!), a membership secretary & has served the LDC family through various transitions & projects for the past 9 years! Laurie Smith McTearnen credits Elizabeth for advancing systems & processes and providing valuable support and knowledge to program directors that elevated the Child Care & Camping Services department. She received the Association Collaboration award in 2018, & because of her dedication to the quality & fidelity of our training programs and her passion for innovating and improving our delivery in Leadership Development, Elizabeth was recently promoted to be the Manager of Training and Compliance!
