Dear Friends of The Gyres Society STL,
Today is Giving Tuesday! is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. It was created as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
Just as the way Giving Tuesday was created, The Gyres Society STL was founded to do good and create something positive for the music and art communities after several events have negatively impacted our St. Louis community in different ways including the COVID-19 Pandemic and the events at KDHX over the last year.
The Gyres Society STL is a 501(c)3 non-profit music and art organization with the mission of helping to support the local St. Louis music and art scenes by hosting inexpensive and inclusive events for all community members regardless of background and socioeconomic status.
Here are the different ways The Gyres Society STL supports STL Musicians and Artists:
-The annual SoSTL Music & Arts Festival in the fall
-Smaller Music and Art Events hosted by The Gyres Society throughout the year
-Feature of The Gyres Society STL’s ‘Local Spotlight Blog’

- Your event featured on The Gyres Society STL’s ‘STL Entertainment and Events Calendar’
In order to continue doing good and creating something positive for the St. Louis Community, The Gyres Society STL needs your support! The Gyres Society STL is run by volunteers and relies on donations and sponsorships from the community to support our organization’s operations and music and art events throughout the year. Your donation will help The Gyres Society STL keep our events affordable and inclusive for all members of the community.
