**Staff Appreciation**

I wanted to give a shoutout to my supervisor here at Cassie Lynne, Rachell Deleski.

Not only is Rachell a blessing to our clients, but she's a blessing to her staff as well. I've been working with Rachell for over two years, and not once has she wavered in her dedication to this site, our clients, or her employees.

She is supportive in every way possible. She works countless hours to ensure staff members can take vacations without worry, and she never complains about it. She never forgets a birthday, runs this ISL like a well-oiled machine, and creates an environment where both clients and staff can thrive.

I truly aspire to be the kind of leader that Rachell is. Since I was hired in April 2024, she has been an incredible mentor, leader, and friend. She genuinely cares about her employees and supports us however she can.

On top of all that, she is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Our clients absolutely adore her, and so do we.

Thank you for everything you do, Rachell. Your hard work, dedication, and compassion never go unnoticed. We appreciate you more than words can express! ❤️
