Last month, River City Outdoors awarded $20,000 in grants to eight organizations expanding access and equity in the St. Louis outdoors. From environmental science programs and trail improvements to climbing routes, paddling instruction, and adaptive cycling equipment, this year’s grantees are opening doors for thousands of people across the region.

We are still accepting applications for the second round of Outdoors for All Micro-Grants. The grants will be awarded at the Gateway Outdoor Summit on November 15-16.

Our first round of Outdoors for All Micro-Grants were awarded in 2024 and went to: Chain of Rocks Community Association ($1,500), Missouri Whitewater Association ($2,000), and Friends of Carondelet Park ($2,500).
