Continuity CREW Post-production Lab

Grateful to wrap another powerful CREW Lab as we continue to build the media production workforce in the STL, Missouri, and beyond. Hosted by the incredible team at Bruton Stroube / Outpost and supported by the Missouri Arts Council and Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis.

This CREW Post-production Lab gave participants a deep dive into the art and craft of editing, color, sound, and finishing real tools, real workflows, and real pros guiding the way.

The passion and focus in the room were undeniable. This was more than just a learning experience. It was a career-building moment.

Check out the recap video for a glimpse into the energy, talent, and momentum that drives CREW and our industry forward. The future of post-production is looking strong!

What an incredible day we had at the first ever (SOLD OUT) CREW Live!

We explored many roles in LIVE production, gaining experience and making valuable industry connections.

At Continuity, we’re committed to building a strong, diverse pipeline from film and media production to live event production—creating real workforce development opportunities that lead to sustainable careers. By equipping untapped talent with the skills, mentorship, and access needed to thrive, we’re not just training individuals—we’re strengthening the entire industry.

Huge thanks to Missouri Arts Council , Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis , and our host Spot for supporting our mission.

Check out the recap video and see some of the nextgeneration of media professionals!
