66th Confluence BPSA 66th Confluence is an all-gender, inclusive, traditional scouting group in St. Louis that is part of We are accessible and inclusive, open to anyone in St.

The Outdoor Service Guides (OSG) offers a traditional ("back to basics") Scouting program for youth and adults of all genders with open and progressive membership policies that disallow any and all discrimination.

66th Confluence — Our group name is a combination of Route 66 (the famous, iconic highway that ran through the heart of St. Louis from 1938 until about 1970) and the “Confluence” of the

Missouri and Mississippi Rivers, which is located just north of downtown. Our group is headquartered in the South City area and we welcome anyone in the St. Louis Metro area interested in learning outdoor skills and putting service over self by volunteering in the local community. Mission Statement:

The 66th Confluence OSG Scout Group offers a scouting choice for those with curiosity, energy, and independence of spirit. We are committed to providing an appropriate alternative and community-oriented scouting experience focused on character development, outdoor skills, and community service, providing experiences not found on the playground, at school, church, or home. We foster the development of scouts in an environment of mutual respect and cooperation. Louis, particularly St. Louis City, and are hoping to be an incubator for future OSG groups in the St. Louis area. We are in no way affiliated with either the Boy Scouts of America or the Girl Scouts of the USA; we are only their brothers and sisters in scouting.
