MoNetwork MoNetwork’s mission is to fight for real change and equity with and for individuals who use substances.

The hours for our syringe access program are only on Mondays from 12 PM until 2 PM and on Tuesdays from 4 PM until 6 PM.

WHERE ACCESS MEETS ACTION!

🚨 We’re going BEYOND THE BROCHURE! 🚨

We talk a lot about the resources available in our community. But knowing a resource exists and actually being able to ACCESS it are two very different things.

We’re working to bridge that gap!

On Monday, November 2nd, we’re bringing community partners together under ONE roof, with ONE goal: turning connections into ACTION!

This isn’t your typical resource fair. We’re asking our partnering organizations to come ready to do more than hand out business cards and brochures.

We’re talking REAL connections and REAL action!

✅ Connect face-to-face with service providers
✅ Schedule appointments and explore program enrollment
✅ Get questions answered directly by community organizations
✅ Discover available services and opportunities
✅ Leave with meaningful connections and clear next steps!

Every organization brings something different to the table, but the goal is the same: turning information into ACCESS and access into ACTION!

We want you leaving with more than a stack of brochures. We want you leaving with connections, opportunities, and a path forward!

All of our regularly scheduled Monday services and activities will still be happening, PLUS our community partners will be in the building doing what they do best!

The temperatures are dropping and we’re gearing up to make sure our neighbors have what they need to stay warm this winter! 💙

MoNetwork’s Annual Coat Drive season is officially underway and we’re collecting ALL the winter essentials!

Whether it’s a coat hanging in your closet that no longer gets worn or a pack of socks you grab while you’re out shopping, every donation makes a difference.

For many of our unhoused and underserved neighbors, these aren’t just winter accessories. They’re necessities. They’re warmth, comfort, dignity and a reminder that their community cares. 💙

💙 SOMETHING NEW IS HAPPENING AT MoNetwork THIS SUNDAY! 💙

Sometimes what we need most isn’t another appointment, another resource, or another thing on our to-do list.

Sometimes we just need a place to sit, breathe, feel welcomed and hear something that speaks to our soul.

⛪ Grace Alive is bringing Sunday worship to MoNetwork!

And making it even more special the Word will be shared by Rev. McCoy, one of our very own MoNetwork Board Members! 💙

If you’ve ever had the opportunity to hear Rev. McCoy preach, you know he has a gift for delivering a message that doesn’t just reach your ears—it reaches your heart.

Join us for an afternoon of faith, fellowship, and community in a space where you don’t have to dress a certain way, have it all figured out, or be anything other than exactly who you are.

Come for the message. Stay for the fellowship. And of course we’re going to feed you too!

💙 RECOVERY MONTH ENDS. OUR COMMITMENT DOESN’T. 💙

As September comes to a close, let’s be loud about what we believe at MoNetwork:

There is no single way to recover — and nobody gets to decide that your recovery doesn’t count because it looks different from theirs.

Recovery through meetings, therapy, faith, community, or a combination you’ve made your own?
We celebrate you.
Recovery through abstinence?
We celebrate you.
Recovery with medication?
We celebrate you.
Reducing your use, practicing safer use, rebuilding relationships, or figuring out your next step?
Your progress matters. You matter.

To the person celebrating decades and the person getting through today.
To the person starting again, quietly asking for help, or still unsure what they want their future to look like.
To our LGBTQIA+ community, people of every race and culture, people with disabilities, our unhoused neighbors and people coming home after incarceration: you deserve support that respects who you are.

You don’t have to earn compassion.
You don’t have to prove you’re “ready enough.” You don’t have to have a perfect story to deserve connection, respect and love.
Support shouldn’t come with conditions.

We celebrate the big milestones and the victories that never make it into a Facebook post. We honor the people we’ve lost, the families carrying grief and the loved ones walking beside us.

We refuse to measure someone’s worth by what they use, where they sleep, how many times they’ve struggled, or which door they walk through to find support.

Recovery is personal.
Community means making room.

So let’s carry this into October and every month after: more open doors, more honest conversations, more resources, more chances. Less shame. Less gatekeeping.
More love with some actual action behind it.

At MoNetwork, we’ll keep showing up — with peer support, harm reduction and the belief that people deserve safety, dignity, connection and the freedom to define their own goals.

Many pathways.
No one gets to count you out.
You belong.

Yesterday MoNetwork joined communities across the country for Save a Life Day, a nationwide movement started by SOAR WV. What began in two West Virginia counties has grown into a day of people showing up for their neighbors all over the country—and we are so proud to be part of it. 💙

And St. Louis, you SHOWED UP. 🥹

Together, we distributed 893 naloxone kits - 1,786 doses that could help save a life. In a matter of 4 hours!!! 🤩

💙 841 nasal naloxone kits
💙 52 IM naloxone kits
💙 150 people fed

St. Louis CRUSH shared 50 resource-filled locking backpacks and clothing. St. Louis Black Harm Reduction Coalition offered acupressure. Vivent Health Prevention St. Louis provided STI, hepatitis C & HIV testing. Novus Health helped people with Medicaid enrollment. EPICC connected people who wanted one with a next-day outpatient appointment, and Street Med STL nurses provided wound care.

Then we hit the streets, handed out naloxone, talked with our neighbors and had a good old time doing it. These pictures capture some of the joy, care and connection that filled the day.

First year we distributed 300 ish kits, Last year, we distributed 684 kits. This year, 893 kits. We can’t wait to see what we can pump out next year!! 🥳

To every partner, volunteer, staff member, and neighbor who made yesterday happen: thank you. And to everyone who took naloxone, thank you for being ready to save a life.

People deserve to be here tomorrow.
