Although it may be tempting for confessional Lutherans to feel isolated, The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) has ecclesiastical relations with 103 church bodies in 73 countries across the globe, representing 22 million people.

LCMS Church Relations has created a yearlong schedule, beginning Aug. 2 or anytime, for congregations and individuals to pray for two church bodies by name each week.

Throughout The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod’s (LCMS) four international regions, there are more than 110 children who have deployed with their parents serving in the international mission field. Missionary kids understand each other in a unique way, based on their shared experience.
