It's a source of drinking water, a home for wildlife, a highway for commerce, and a gathering place for communities across 10 states.

The Aquarium Foundation had an amazing time hosting volunteers from Purina as they helped us revamp the riverfront at North Riverfront Park! Thank you for including us in Purina Cares Day and for your hard work in preventing around 850 pounds of trash from entering the Mighty Mississippi. Every bag collected allows us to have a greater, positive impact in creating a stronger and more sustainable community!

Thank you to our Revamp the Riverfront volunteers for your hard work in helping us clean up North Riverfront Park this past weekend! Together, we were able to keep 43 bags of plastic pollution and debris from going into the Mighty Mississippi!
