On May 27, Society clients attended a private tour of the St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum. The tour was very impactful and deeply moving to all who came: Anna Schell and friend, Robyn Wallen and husband Mark Detjen, John and Carrie Schnorbus, plus Megan Connelly and Mary Caldwell. The Society is grateful to the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis for this opportunity.

The St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum is dedicated to preserving the history of the Holocaust. On Wednesday, May 27, Society clients are invited to attend a special tour at the museum from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Each client is allowed to bring a guest.

Each person will get a chance to tour the permanent exhibition with a trained museum educator who will take them through the timeline of the Holocaust. The story is told through the testimony and perspective of St. Louis Survivors. Before going into the exhibition, you will get a chance to interact with artifacts from the Holocaust collection in a hands on touch table experience.

Schedule:
12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. / Welcome + Touch Table
12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. / Guided Tour

The museum requires a two week notice, SO PLEASE RSVP BY TUESDAY, MAY 12. Call Carlos at 314-968-9000. Don't miss this moving experience! The museum is located at 36 Millstone Campus Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146

We extend our gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the 2026 Visionary Gala. The funds raised support our mission to enhance independence, empower individuals, and enrich the lives of people in our community who are blind or visually impaired.

More than 300 people gathered on Saturday, April 18, in celebration and support of the clients the Society serves. Thank you so much for contributing to our efforts to help clients realize their own Visions of Hope, through the Society’s programs and services.
