🔥 Downtown neighbors take on City Museum! 🦇

Saturday night, a few of our members traded the downtown sidewalks for the tunnels, coffins and sideshow stage at City Museum, one of the most one-of-a-kind places in our neighborhood (and maybe the country).

The night's highlights:
🔥 A fire-eater lighting up the stage at Doctor Terminus' Odditorium
🧛 A fanged welcome committee waiting in the Halloween-decked lounge
🦖 Climbing through giant jaws, caves and wire spirals, because you're never too old for City Museum
⚡ One electric chair we politely declined to sit in

It was a great reminder of how lucky we are to have a place like this right in our backyard. Thanks to everyone who came out!

What a great evening celebrating National Night Out in Downtown St. Louis! 💙

It was wonderful seeing our neighbors, local Aldermen, and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department come together for a night of great conversations, new connections, and community spirit.

Events like these remind us what makes downtown so special—the people who live here, serve here, and genuinely care about making our neighborhood a better place.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening such a success! Here's to building a stronger, safer, and more connected downtown St. Louis! 🏙️❤️

Another great Downtown Happy Hour!

Thank you to everyone who joined the Downtown Neighborhood Association for our September Happy Hour at Amaizing Arepa Bar last Thursday.

It was a great evening of neighbors meeting neighbors, good conversation, and some fantastic Latin food right here in Downtown St. Louis.

A special thank you to the team at Amaizing Arepa Bar for welcoming us and taking such great care of everyone. Supporting our Downtown businesses is an important part of these gatherings, and we loved having the opportunity to introduce more people to this Downtown spot.

Our monthly Happy Hours are simple: bring people together, build connections, support our neighborhood businesses, and have a good time doing it.

Looking for something to do Downtown tomorrow morning?

Selkirk Auction House is holding its auction tomorrow, Friday, September 25 at 10:00 AM.

We stopped by during preview day today and got a look at some of the pieces going up for auction. From artwork and furnishings to decorative objects and collectibles, there is plenty to explore.

If you’ve never attended an auction before, this is a great opportunity to experience one right here in Downtown St. Louis and discover one of the unique businesses that adds character to our neighborhood.

Auction begins tomorrow at 10:00 AM.
