This session will provide tools to recognize signs of stress and trauma in students whose families may be facing deportation under new immigration policies. Learn actionable strategies to create supportive classroom environments, foster trust, and promote emotional resilience. Through real-world scenarios and role-playing exercises, gain confidence in responding to sensitive situations involving deportation fears and their impact on students.

These lovely ladies volunteered to help with our effort of Getting out the Vote by writing 60 letters for our campaign to encourage swing voters in Ohio to vote. We are hoping you will turn your pre election jitters into action by joining us too! Please consider dropping by on October 13th anywhere from 1-3 pm at Protagonist Cafe in Soulard to help us write 300 more letters. Kids are welcome too!

Thankful for our people who turned out today for our event! We got 140 letters written but I know with a few more people we can get double that next time! Let’s try to get 300 letters written! October 13th from 1-3 pm at Protagonist Cafe in Soulard. Yummy pastries both sweet and savory will be provided and so will the letters, postage and envelopes. Kids can write too!
