🩷 The Resident Services Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting residents, facilitating educational and recovery programming, overseeing admissions, maintaining household operations, and serving as an ambassador for Gratitude House within the recovery community.

The ideal candidate is an outstanding example of 12-Step recovery and possesses strong emotional intelligence, excellent professional boundaries, exceptional communication skills, and a deep belief in the power of accountability, integrity, community, and spiritual growth.

🩷 Qualifications:
▪️Minimum of five years of continuous sobriety and active participation in Alcoholics Anonymous and/or Narcotics Anonymous
▪️Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or a related field preferred
▪️Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and 12-Step principles
▪️Experience facilitating groups, mentoring individuals, teaching, coaching, counseling, social work, peer support, or other helping professions preferred
▪️Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
▪️Strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and professional boundaries
▪️Ability to balance compassion with accountability
