A new school year brings a long to-do list, and ARCO Construction Company employees helped local families check off some essentials. 🎒✏️

We appreciate ARCO Construction Company for collecting and delivering school supplies to our Youth and Family Program!

These donations will ease a back-to-school expense for families and help students begin the year with the materials they need to learn and participate fully.

ARCO has been a generous longtime partner of Places for People, and we’re grateful for the many ways its team continues to show up for our community.

As we look back on Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re grateful for the partners, neighbors, and community members who helped create space for education, connection, and support across the St. Louis region.

In May, our team participated in NAMIWalks STL with NAMI St. Louis and welcomed Victoria Anwuri, Health Commissioner for the City of St. Louis Department of Health, to our Soulard Campus for an important conversation about mental health and community well-being.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, walked alongside us, and helped keep mental health part of the conversation.

The Young Professionals Council is hosting its first Fund-A-Need of the year on Monday, April 6.

Join us anytime from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chava's Mexican Restaurant Soulard for good food and a meaningful way to support mental health in our community.
