SWAG Social Werks Advocacy Group. Conscience community events with action SWAG is the brainchild of Jonathan Belcher.

Jonathan is a devoted advocate for eradicating poverty. The original name of the organization was called PAG Poverty Advocacy Group. As the organization grew and developed it became clear that poverty is a small part of a larger picture and that Justice, education, and empowerment should be advocated for as well. PAG Joined The Moses Center in 2011 and the name was changed to SWAG in 2013 to enco

mpass a comprehensive idea and agenda. SWAG is the Social and Community Action and Advocacy branch of The Moses Center. This organization is responsible for community activities such as homeownership programs, political and policy awareness, bridging resources, community support. Neighborhood and community events and social awareness. We also get involved in local issues and advocate for justice and fairness. We are not a political organization although politics and life overlap. We focus on the impact of decisions that have been made and find positive, productive means of dealing with the day-to-day.
