Recovery is for everyone😴

Keeping our dancers show-ready takes more than what happens in the studio and on stage. Rehearsals, performances, and demanding schedules require intentional recovery — and quality sleep is a key part of the process. ✨

Sleep isn’t just downtime. It’s when your body repairs, rebuilds, and recharges so you can continue showing up and performing at your best. 💪🏽🌙

Because taking care of your body offstage is just as important as what you bring to the stage. 🤎

Now in her eighth season with STLDT, Megan Rancour continues to find strength, musicality, and purpose as company artist and studio manager ✨

“Being in a repertory company means we have to be versatile, and Kirven has made sure we are always being pushed in different ways. Each creative he has brought in has left a lasting impact on me, and I take something different from each process that helps mold my current state as an artist.” - Megan Rancour (Megan Rancour) for Delux Magazine
