TWLOHA - WashU is a mental health awareness group that is dedicated to reducing stigma, spreading awareness of WashU's resources, and enabling the mental health conversation here on campus. If you are curious about campus resources, check out our resource guide! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ULAwoGhCsMb3AhhevGdoiGRdwthCmwBY0bmAXCkWPek/edit

TWLOHA has weekly general body meetings where we do

a variety of activities. Some weeks we have a speaker or a discussion. Other weeks we organize social meetings where we get food, go bowling, have a trivia night, etc. Finally some of our GBMs revolve around planning an awareness event, panel, or presentation. Everyone is welcome! We put on several public events each year. We generally organize a panel each semester. In the Fall we present National Su***de Prevention Week and in the Spring we work with Uncle Joe's and Active Minds to organize Mental Health Awareness Week. We also have an annual Hope n' Mic night!
