We are hosting our quarterly Day of Play this Saturday, May 16, and you won’t want to miss it. We have a packed schedule of activities for the whole family, plus some great giveaways to kick things off!

Event Details:
🗓 When: Saturday, May 16
🕐 Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
💰 Admission: FREE!

What’s Happening:
🎯 Games: Classic carnival games for all ages.
🎨 Creativity: Arts & crafts stations.
🤝 Community: Parent engagement opportunities hosted by our friends at the Little Bit Foundation.
🧀 Snacks: Enjoy some delicious nachos and cool off with freeze pops!

Our culminating summer camp event is one of the only Cardboard Boat Regattas in the St. Louis area that is offered to elementary school-aged students in their community. Please support our much-needed work to help children in St. Louis reach their magnificent potential.

Give STL Day is tomorrow, but early giving is open now! All donations will ensure the success our 3rd Cardboard Boat Regatta!

The Regatta offers each of our school-aged summer camp students the chance to use their creativity, team-building and leadership skills while expanding their STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) knowledge to build and race a one-of-a-kind boat across the pool at O'Fallon Rec Complex on July 18th!

You can help us close the opportunity gap for children by offering STEAM and social-emotional skills necessary for a successful future.

We would like to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to our amazing Afterschool and Administrative team for all the work you do for Unleashing Potential students and families! We had an Appreciation Celebration that included cupcakes, gifts, and a new beautiful office peace lily for us all to enjoy! Happy Administrative and Afterschool Appreciation Week!

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our Trivia Night "Looking UP" event over the weekend at Wydown United Church! We had a great evening of friendly competition, a silent auction, prizes, and more. Your generosity at Trivia Night helped us raise over $15,000 toward our mission to close the opportunity gap for children and youth by building on their strengths! Amazing, thank you! Just a reminder that our first Day of Play of 2026 is happening this Saturday, March 28th, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Immanuel United Church of Christ, Ferguson MO.

If your kids love getting hands-on with STEM, building epic Lego towers, or (the fan favorite) edible Playdough, this is the place to be. It’s completely free, we’ll have snacks ready, and it’s a great chance for you to connect with other parents while the kids explore.
