Local 110 members and families, take some time to put your health first this weekend!

The Benefit Office is hosting its Wellness Event, which includes mammogram screenings. Regular screenings are an important part of staying healthy, and we encourage everyone who is eligible to take advantage of this opportunity.

Mammogram appointments require advance registration, so be sure to sign up!

Our Fall Laborers’ Wellness Event is coming up this Saturday, October 24th!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we're reminding eligible members and covered spouses that mammograms will be available at the event.

Taking care of your health starts with staying on top of important screenings.

Join us this Saturday, October 24, from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Laborers’ Local 42, 301 S. Ewing Ave.

To schedule a mammogram, call 314-205-6267.

The event will also feature wellness services, flu shots, and more. Eligible members and covered spouses can receive a $100 gift card for completing wellness program requirements. Eligibility restrictions apply, and the incentive is limited to once per person per calendar year.

Laborers defeated so-called “right-to-work.” Amendment 6 helps defend that decision by making it harder for politicians to revive laws rejected by voters. Stand behind the vote. Protect the victory. Vote YES on Amendment 6.

Congrats and THANK YOU, Don!

After 21 years of dedicated service, Don Willey will be stepping down from his role as a Trustee on the Pension Board.

Throughout his time on the Board, Don has provided valuable leadership, experience, and guidance in service to our members and the Pension Fund. His commitment over the years has played an important role in helping strengthen the Fund and support the members who depend on it.

We are grateful to Don for more than two decades of service and dedication, and we wish him all the best in the next chapter.

Congratulations Greg!!

After 31 years of hard work as a proud Local 110 member, Greg Borgmeyer is beginning a well-earned retirement.

Throughout his career, Greg valued the opportunity union membership gave him to provide for his family and build a strong future.

Now, he’s looking forward to enjoying the years ahead; traveling with his wife, spending more time fishing and camping, and, most of all, making memories with his grandchildren.

Congratulations to Greg on an incredible career, and best wishes for a long and happy retirement!

Politicians should face a high bar before seeking to change a law passed through a citizen initiative. Amendment 6 sets that bar at 80% approval in both legislative chambers before changes go back to voters. Vote YES on 6.

Before voters say YES or NO, they deserve to understand the question. Amendment 6 requires clear, unbiased ballot summaries and preserves court review when language is misleading. Vote YES on 6 for fair elections and informed choices.
