Mount Pleasant Neighborhood Association MPNA is a 501c3, not for profit organization. We are an all volunteer organization.

Our purpose is to write and enforce policy that improves and maintains the safety and quality of life for all residents and businesses. Mount Pleasant Neighborhood Association is a 501c3, not for profit organization. Our purpose is to improve and maintain the safety and quality of life for all residentsand businesses. We encourage the maintenance of housing stock and are passionate about new development and support the establishment of successful business. We donate to local food pantry and assist animal shelters and animal care organizations that support a better quality of life for the animals and residents they serve. We organize neighborhood clean ups and we have regular public meeting that inform and empower residents. In addition, we support our 1st district police officers and the 1st district Police Business Partnership.

About 35 kids and 20+ adults joined us for Party in the Park celebration of Mount Pleasant Park new improvements and National Night Out on 10-06-26.
Everyone enjoyed sandwiches, chips, freeze pops, carmel corn, and refreshments. Free T shirts given away while DJ Bounce had the dance tunes flowing. Tosha got caught wrapped up in bubbles, Firehouse #4 showed off the interior of one of the big trucks, Dutchtown South Community Corporation brought more treats for all to enjoy.

DJ BOUNCE will spin tunes 5 to 7 pm this Tues in Mount Pleasant Park, come dance with Shane, Mark, our Firemen, our Police Officers, and I heard the lady with a van full of roller skates will be there so you can skate in the rink for free. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs, Lisa said she will bring refreshments.

Every year in autumn, volunteers hit Dutchtown's alleys and streets to tackle trash, filling several giant dumpsters with discarded furniture, yard waste, and other litter. Help us fill the dumpsters again on Saturday, October 10th!

Registration is appreciated—visit dutchtownstl.org/kic to sign up, or email [email protected] if you've got a large group of volunteers who would like to join!

At our General Meeting tonight 9-30-26 Chuck Burnett pictured with Mark Swain, received a Neighborhood Improvement Award for positively maintaining his property for many years.
We also had Lt. Silva from STLPD to share with us about IT and police cameras in our area.
Join us this Tuesday 10-6-26 from 5 to 7 pm at the Mount Pleasant Park fir National Night Out.
