Today was an awesome day for me throwing the hammer at the USATF Masters Outdoor Track and Field Championship In Sacramento. Broke the American record on all of my throws and set a World record on my last 2 throws 40.79m and 41.25 m. Had a great series of throws. Photo with the officials crew. Special thanks to weights and measures because I kept them busy.
