Laclede's LAN

We are a non-profit group focused on hosting charity LAN parties in St. Louis! Our group hosts two LAN parties a year with lots of great door prizes.

We aim to bring gamers together while supporting local science/technology charities. Laclede’s LAN was originally just a group of guys from the Saint Louis area that liked to dream about putting together a fifty-man LAN party instead of going to class. Over time, the small fifteen person events swelled into twenty, and then thirty, until they eventually grew larger than the dream itself. The staff

grew too, as gamers grew interested in what Laclede’s LAN was trying to do and offered to help. It wasn’t long before Laclede’s LAN became the largest LAN in the Saint Louis area, offering the best tournaments, the best prizes, and the strongest sense of community and fun. Laclede’s LAN is a community. Staff members may change, new games will come out, and computers will be rebuilt. But at its heart, Laclede’s LAN will always be the same: a group of people who love games enough to sacrifice an entire weekend, lug a fifty pound computer hundreds of miles, and subsist on caffeine and sugar alone. Laclede’s LAN is our finest tribute to everything that PC gaming can be.

You waited for details and now they are here -- details, that is, on our next 21+ Charity LAN Party! We're inviting you to pack up your gaming PCs, laptops and Steam Decks and meet us on August 15th and 16th at The Bellwether for games, drinks, and socializing. Bring your own food or order in on the 15th, and enjoy a hot breakfast supplied by The Bellwether on the 16th (it was very good last time)! Join us as we support local charities, meet new friends, and maybe even help troubleshoot a couple of computers that were working when the owner left their house (there's always at least one).

Hello again everyone -- it's been a minute, but we have some good news -- we're having another 21-and-up event at the Bellwether! As before, this is a smaller, more casual event that's just about hanging out and having a good time gaming. Proceeds from tickets will go to supporting local STEM charities, as always.

We're still ironing out all of the times and details on how food and drinks will work... but mark your calendars for August 15th and 16th, and stay tuned to our Facebook and Discord for further details. Can't wait to see you all again!

Q: Is it that time again? A: It sure is - time once again for a Charity Trivia Night! Join us for general trivia questions and some fun stuff on the side on Friday, September 12th at the Keeley Companies building in Midtown Saint Louis. Tickets are $200 for a team of six and proceeds will go to support STEM education in the local area! Please bring your own food and drinks.
