It is the policy of the Drum Corps Alumni Organization Inc (DCAO), that we prohibit unequal and unlawful treatment of an individual on the basis of a person’s race, color, national origin, sexuality, creed or religion. It is also the policy that we prohibited discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual harassment. Sex discrimination and sexual harassment will not be tolerated and individuals who engage in such conduct will be subject to immediate disciplinary actions. The DCAO believes in being fair and equal to all its members and violation of these policies mentioned above would be cause for immediate disciplinary actions.
