Louis, MO-based charity founded by Erma O'Brien in 2012 to help disadvantaged youth in the St. The goal of the organization, named in honor of O'Brien's late husband, Edward "Pete" O'Brien, is to provide individual scholarships for higher learning and grants to existing non-profit organizations for the aid, comfort, support and betterment of disadvantaged children. It works with existing not-for p

rofits that demonstrate compelling need and programming for special initiatives which either allow them to reach more of their client population; or, which improve the services they provide. Each award recipient will be required to provide a periodic report to FPS that details how the funds have been used. Grant funds may not be used for general expenses.
