VOTE YES ON 6!
The same people stealing our literature are the same people trying to steal our voices. They want to silence us, but our strength has always been in standing together.
Stand with our labor family. Stand up for our rights. And let's defend our voice in government!

A YES on 6 will secure your voice in the future. Please stand with us. We need everyone to make this happen.

Who doesn't want amazing healthcare, vision and dental coverage, paid training, a 401(k), and TWO pensions?
We work hard for what we have, and we deserve benefits that take care of us and our families.
If being in a union is wrong, I don't want to be right!

In 2024, an estimated 11,300 construction workers in America died from drug overdoses. That’s nearly 31 lives lost every single day.The physical demands of our trade are real, but so are the struggles with mental health, addiction, and pain that too many of our brothers and sisters face in silence. Local 36 has FREE Narcan (naloxone) for members. A life-saving medication that can reverse an opioid overdose. Please take what you need for yourself and your crew. Let's keep eachother safe!

SMART Local 36 is so proud to be part of Build My Future! This incredible program gives students the opportunity to explore different trades, get hands-on experience, and see firsthand what a future in the skilled trades can look like.
The trades offer the opportunity to build a good living, support a family, and create a future to be proud of.
We're grateful to be a sponsor. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to invest in our community.
