Louis is a 503(c)3 non-profit, 100% foster-based organization dedicated to saving dogs from high kill shelters, strays, abandoned and surrendered, in St. Louis and surrounding rural Missouri areas, regardless of breed or size.

SHE'S SO CUTE!!!!!! AND LITTLE! AND WE WANT TO HUG HER!!!!

Now that we got that out of the way, this is Bindi. Weighing in at a whopping 29 pounds, Bindi is a little package with a lot of personality. She LOVES other dogs and is good with cats as well. She's very smart and would love to continue her training with her forever family. After she's done playing, she can be found cuddling the nearest warm body. She's potty trained, crate trained and 2 years old.

"Hey, why are you upside-down?"- Sookie

This silly girl is the total package. Sookie is the class clown. She keeps her fosters laughing constantly with her antics, but also is so incredibly sweet. She's great with dogs (and would love a playmate in her forever home), good with cats, enjoys car-rides, is potty and crate trained. Sookie has memorized where all of her dog friends have lived and gets excited every time she passes their houses on walks. At 2 years and 56 pounds, she would (physically and figuratively) fit into most homes.

Calling all Rottie lovers 📣📣

Brandie is single and ready to mingle! This sweet 8 year old girl is an absolute gem. She's gentle, loving and well behaved (except when human food is left unattended and within reach around her 😬). She does only have one eye left, so she needs daily eye drops, but that's about her only fault. She is good with all kinds of humans, dogs and cats. Brandie is housetrained and crate trained, though she's non destructive if left out.

Can we tell you a secret?

Brent's foster mom originally got him as a joke. See, her husband's name is Brett and she thought it would be super funny to have a Brent and a Brett in the house. Chaos would ensue, right? So she took a dog that she didn't know much about but who had a great name. She hoped for the best.

And boy did things go well. As it turns out, Brent's incredible. He currently lives in a home with two female dogs and two young kids. He is potty trained and the king of snuggling. He quickly learned to go by "B", because as it turns out...Brent and Brett was indeed chaotic.

He originally came to rescue with heartworms, but he has completed his injections and is just on restricted activity for the next few weeks.

Brent would like a home with someone who works from home, as he does not appreciate the crate currently. He'd be happy in a home where he can get on the furniture because nothing is going to stop him from cuddling.
