🌮 100+ NEIGHBORS. ONE TACO TUESDAY. COUNTLESS CONNECTIONS. 🌮
This week's Taco Tuesday was absolutely beautiful! Over 100 members of our community gathered for warm meals, great conversations, and the kind of belonging that changes everything.

But here's what makes Taco Tuesday truly special: It's not just about the food. It's about what happens when neighbors sit down together—the conversations that lead to job connections, the friendships that form, the dignity of sharing a meal in a space where everyone belongs.

We watched quiet newcomers become welcoming ambassadors. We saw families asking about our other programs. We heard laughter from people building friendships around our tables. ❤️
This is what community looks like—not handouts, but hospitality. Not charity, but connection. Not just meeting needs, but building relationships that help people thrive.

💛 Meet the next generation of changemakers!

When Liywalii N M Blake’s nephew was asked to choose a beneficiary for his school service project, he chose Restoration House STL— and we are so incredibly honored.

He personally assembled care packages filled with hygiene essentials to be distributed through our outreach efforts, showing that compassion has no age limit.
This is what generational impact looks like. When our team pours into their communities, that spirit trickles down — and suddenly a young man is standing outside with bags full of love, ready to give.

Thank you to this remarkable young man, and to his family for raising up someone with such a giving heart. Restoration House STL is beyond grateful.

🌟 Yesterday was a record-breaking day for Restoration House! 🌟

Together with our partners at The Salvation Army, we helped 37 people secure the birth certificates and state IDs they need to take their next steps forward.

In the photo below, Lilly is pictured with one of our partners at The Salvation Army — a reminder that the work we do is rooted in relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to restoring lives.

We’re so grateful for every supporter who makes moments like this possible. Because of you, 37 people in our community are moving closer to employment, housing, daycare, and a fresh start.

Our Latest Miracle Stories:
- From Emergency placement to Employee housing for a YEAR thanks to MO Baptist Children's Home. She moved in with nowhere to go. Now she lives AND works there.

-Our outreach team got someone out of dangerously cold weather into emergency shelter at Biddle House for up to 39 days. Life-saving partnership in action.

Three men. Three 30-day milestones:

✅ 30 days of sobriety at SAMR (6-12 month program!)
✅ 30 days in Job Corps (trade training + HiSET)
✅ 30 days = part-time seasonal → FULL-TIME at UPS

Plus: Two actively attending church & Bible study. One interested in returning. We praise God! 🙏

30 days might not sound long, but when you're rebuilding your life, it's the foundation for decades ahead.

Just before Christmas, something beautiful happened at The Rock!

Thanks to hundreds of brand-new toys from Gracelife Chapel's storehouse, we transformed The Rock into a pop-up Christmas Market. Over 600 children received at least 2 toys each in time for Christmas!

But here's what made it truly special: we didn't just hand out toys, we created a dignified shopping experience where parents could choose special presents for their kids, experience the joy of providing, and be reminided that they are not alone.

This was made possible by:
✨ Gracelife Chapel's incredible heart for our community
✨ Our amazing volunteer team, who worked SO fast to make it happen
✨ Your ongoing support that creates the foundation for moments like these
✨ Years of building trust and relationships in our community

Update #2- We are officially OUT OF TOYS!!

Update!!!! There was such a big response to this that we had lines around the corner, so we opened early to get people out of the cold! We will be here until we’re out of toys.

We have literally AN INSANE amount of brand new toys!!! If you know anyone who needs assistance to bless their kids for Christmas, please share!

**Please note that we want this to be the PARENTS to come and not the kids so that the parents can bring these home to surprise their kiddos on Christmas Day!**
