Artica ARTICA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicating to promoting and celebrating the creative spirit of Saint Louis.

Artica is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to the arts community of St. Louis with over 20 years of supporting artists and creators of all ages and backgrounds. Each year, Artica establishes an “art city” with two days of music, interactive art, multi-media installations, workshops, parades, and performances. The goal of this festival is to foster the development of new works of art inspir

ed by the St. Louis riverfront landscape and history, stimulate creativity through participatory art projects, provide platforms for artists to share their stories and visions with the community, and to do all of this uninhibited by commerce. This free, unconventional art festival is the culmination of our efforts to promote the advancement of local artists year round.

We're pleased to announce that this year’s festival 2026 theme is "Anomaly Test Pattern(s)".

We’re excited to see how artists across St. Louis interpret this theme through installation, music, performance, sound, light and other "anomalous" artistic practices.

In what will be our 25th consecutive ARTICA festival, we invite some of St. Louis creative talents and the St. Louis public to join us back at our special downtown site, where we’ll once again transform the landscape into an immersive, participatory experience open and welcome to all!

More details to and discussion to come, including details on this years' call for artists. For now, start imagining!
