Parents & caregivers of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) are invited to participate in a University of Rhode Island research study exploring experiences of stress, coping, and support 💚

Participation involves one confidential Zoom or telephone interview lasting approximately 45–60 minutes 📞💻

You may be eligible if you:
· Are 18 years of age or older
· Live in the United States
· Are a parent of a child ages 3–17 with an IDD

Our funded partner, St. Louis Arc, is offering its fall Planning Forward Learning Series for parents and caregivers of adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities ages 27 and older.

This eight-week series helps families work through important questions that can come with planning for the future, including housing, legal and financial considerations, and conversations with others who may play a role in their family member’s life. Participants will explore topics across six life domains while connecting with other families navigating similar decisions.

Thursdays, October 1-November 19
6:00-7:30 p.m.
Hybrid: In person at St. Louis Arc’s Maplewood Hub or online via Zoom
