BAC ADC of Eastern Missouri - Locals 1 & 18 Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Locals 1 and 18 of Missouri, Organized in 1864 Founded in 1865, we are the original Bricklayers Local 1.

We also happen to be the first Labor Union and Local of any trade west of the Mississippi River. In 2010, Bricklayers' Local No. 23 of Missouri in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Tile, Marble & Terrazzo Workers' Local 18 of Missouri were merged into Bricklayers' Local No. 1 to form an Administrative Council with the sole purpose of better serving the members of Eastern Missouri. Our jurisdiction cov

ers the entirety of the eastern portion of Missouri: from the northern to southern Missouri borders and from the Mississippi River to the western borders of Clark, Lewis, Marion, Ralls, Pike, Lincoln, Warren, Franklin, Crawford, Iron, Reynolds, Carter and Ripley counties. We take pride in the fact that we've built St. Louis, and that our leadership has taken care of the membership of this Union for more than 150 years, and will continue to do so for many more.

If you need to add a new dependent to your IHF Insurance Plan for ANY REASON (including new marriage, new baby or loss of prior coverage), you have 30 DAYS from the event date to do so with IHF or you will have to wait for the next open enrollment period.

We recently developed and launched a new one-stop mobile app that will allow our ADC Members to access any and all benefits, BAC Cares clinic information, their NCL benefit details, as well as direct contact information for all ADC Staff.

The app is free and does not share your personal information, future correspondence will go out via the push messaging function in the app.

You can download the app by searching for Union Strong BAC in the Google Play Store and Apple Play Store, or scanning the QR code.
