We are delighted to announce that the Lance Burton Teen Seminar has been approved and will be sponsored once again by the Endowment and Development Fund of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. This life-changing seminar is open for sign up to all I.B.M. Members between the ages of 12 and 21 and is completely FREE to attend. The main faculty will be Lance Burton, Gabriella Lester and Geno Ploeger, with many surprise guests.

The seminar takes place two days before the convention begins, and for an hour each day during the July convention in St. Louis.

You must apply to the Lance Burton Teen Seminar AND be registered for the convention to attend. Registering for the convention does NOT give you automatic registration to the seminar.

Additionally, we are pleased to offer FREE convention registration to the first 40 youth members under the age of 18!

Please submit your application online at magician.org/lbts. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Simone Marron, our Lance Burton Teen Seminar Administrator at [email protected]. Be sure and secure your spot early, so as not to be disappointed.

Time for another I.B.M. convention announcement: We are lucky to have Jonathan Burns joining us in St Louis in 2026. Jonathan is blessed with the gifts of flexibility, curiosity, and goofiness. He combines these unique talents to astonish audiences around the globe. Jonathan has wowed the AMERICA’S GOT TALENT judges, called “Absolutely Fabulous” by Penn Jillette (Teller nodded along) on their show FOOL US, dazzled the audience on THE LATE SHOW with David Letterman and THE LATE, LATE SHOW with James Corden. These are just a few of his many extraordinary TV appearances. The New York Times called him “Extremely Funny” and he has been crowned “Variety Artist of the Year” — THREE TIMES!
