25 years ago today, we faced the unthinkable. Today, we remember and honor all those we lost. We thank the first responders who selflessly went to help. We also continue to support and think of the survivors and families of that day as they continue to move forward through each passing day and year. We will stand together and we will never forget.

It’s Day! We want to take a moment to thank Normandie GC Head Superintendent Matt Czarnecki for all of the hard work and long hours he’s putting in to make sure the course looks its absolute best during and following construction. We also want to thank Joe Wachter for all of his hard work at Normandie, including keeping all of us updated with his frequent boots on the ground updates from Normandie. The two of them along with ALL of the grounds support staff are doing everything they can to give us the best course possible and we can’t thank them enough. To everyone at Normandie GC, THANK YOU!

Thank you for your partnership!

We're on site at historic Normandie Golf Club, where a remarkable transformation is underway—and native plants are becoming part of the story.
MNSS is establishing Prairie cordgrass (Spartina pectinata) along waterways within the course, where its dense growth and rhizomatous root system can help slow and manage moving water and stabilize the landscape.
-And this is only part of the native planting plan.-⛳🌱 We'll soon be introducing four additional native species selected for areas that experience wet conditions.
Normandie Reimagined is much bigger than a golf course renovation. The historic course is being reimagined through a Jack Nicklaus Signature design Nicklaus Companies a long-term community asset, with youth opportunity and programming at the heart of its future.
We're grateful to be contributing our piece of that transformation through native stewardship.
Thank you to Normandie Reimagined, Metropolitan Golf Foundation,Beyond Housing , and everyone working to bring this vision to life.
More from Normandie soon.
