May is Mental Health Awareness month so the NASDF Podcast interviewed Lamon Wade whose wife unexpectatly asked him for a divorce while he thought his marriage was near perfect. He went into emotional turmoil until a good friend of his suggested he see a therapist and that changed his world. Lamon shares how hard it is for men to ask for help but the greatest strength anyone can have is in knowing, you don't have all the answers and talking to a licensed therapist can give you a different perspective and a road to recovery.
