📢ANNOUNCEMENT! 📢

Please help spread the word to your neighbors.... St Anthony Food Pantry will be closed on Monday August 24th for the safety of our community during demolition.

This week, we start Phase 3 of our ongoing construction project to improve St Anthony Food Pantry. The walls are coming down! Soon, we will have new administrative and office space for our volunteers & staff to carry out our mission of ending hunger on the south side of St Louis.

We will return to normal pantry hours on Wednesday 4-6pm and Thursday 10am-12pm. Next week, we will be open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday during regular hours.

Thank you for your patience with us during this phase of growth.

Thanks to everyone who volunteered and donated during the Shop Out Hunger event this past weekend at the Schnucks in Oakville & Dierbergs Markets on Telegraph. These crucial food donations will help keep our shelves stocked. We continue to see large number of people in need of our services every week. Thank you to everyone who helps us feed our neighbors.

Thanks to Convoy of Hope for providing back to school meals for over 1000 families who attend St Anthony Food Pantry.

This was part of a greater distribution that reached 7 church food pantries in the St. Louis metro area. Without this food donation, we would have had to purchase food from the store to meet the needs of our pantry families last week.

Thanks Paster Dave from the Melvin Theatre Outreach on Chippewa for the invitation to join forces to receive this generous gift.

Together, we are stronger!

We have packed over 700 backpacks and are distributing them during food pantry hours to families with students who are going back to school later this month.

We appreciate everyone who donated to these efforts!

In the first half of the year, we fed 22,887 individuals at St Anthony Food Pantry.

Some of those folks came back to us multiple times, usually 2 or 3 times per household. As the demand for food continues to grow in our neighborhood, we will continue to step up to serve.

Thank you to our volunteers and community partners who make it possible for us to do this work.
