What's new for the summer? We have our small (one person) Chocolate Chocolate Cakes but we made 2 changes...

One is the chocolate cake with a RASPBERRY icing. My favorite!

The second is the chocolate cake with a GERMAN CHOCOLATE icing.

No matter what galaxy you are from, these are so yummy that you'll have to have one. We have plenty on the shelf and we are open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8 till noon. Only $5.50 each.

BUT... for the filming, the interviewers had to be "powdered up" to keep their faces from shining too much in the camera.

If you have any empty egg cartons, we can sure use them at the bakery. We have a wonderful person donating fresh country eggs but we have no way to "box" them to bring them in.

You can drop off at the bakery on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday from 8 till noon or if you know where I live, you can drop them on my front porch.

We are working on creating a delicious new cookie - a pistachio cookie. No kidding - one of the best I've ever eaten. We're still developing so not ready as yet but soon. We added a raspberry jelly to the center which offers a bit of sweetness to the pistachios.

Now the color is green due to the pistachios and someone said it would never sell because of the color. What do you think - see picture below.
