Top 10 Reasons to Attend Tonight’s Event:

10. You've rewatched every Christmas special known to man and are looking for something new.

9. You're wondering how you're going to make it through the last few weeks of the year and could use some inspiring, uplifting experiences.

8. You feel like burnout doesn't even begin to describe what you're feeling...so you should come figure out why that may be true.

7. You want to feel part of a community of people who, despite the chaos and stress of the world, manage to maintain hope and levity.

6. You're getting coached and your coach assigned you an exercise to perform five acts of kindness in a single day, and your donation could check one of those off the list.

5. You miss us and are curious to hear what we've been up to for the last year.

4. You want to see what the myth of Sisyphus has to teach us about burnout (or you want to learn what the myth of Sisyphus even is!).

3. You want to understand why you so frequently feel there's a conflict between what you value and what you do.

2. You're wondering what we mean by "Blossoming Within."

1. We know it will be an enriching evening and would love to share it with you!!!

PLUS, you have the opportunity to purchase our first ever created candle! You can register at anthropedia.org/events to attend live tonight @ 7pm via Zoom OR to receive a recording of it!

We hope this message finds you well, enjoying the beauty of Spring wherever you are in the world. Here at Anthropedia, we have been busy focusing our efforts on growing our programs and impact in exciting ways. Today, we want to highlight the work we have been doing in our Take the Time program, a partnership between Anthropedia and Mental Health America of Eastern Missouri.
Over the last 12 months, thanks to our generous donors and grants from Saint Louis County Children’s Service Fund and Missouri Foundation for Health, we have created a new program to serve the well-being needs of our region.

Take the Time provides free Know Yourself wellness coaching and education to individuals who live or work in Saint Louis City and County. Since June of 2021, we have provided coaching to over 150 individuals including teachers, nurses, counselors, parents, students, and community members from all walks of life. In partnership with MHA-EM, over 5,000 people have participated in workshops, seminars, and community education programming.

Our community-based coaching programs have evolved and grown throughout the years. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have been able to provide free and sliding-scale coaching for a variety of individuals, including clients of the Transition Center and Saint Patrick Center, as well as those who live or work in Jefferson County or Kirkwood-Webster. And now, with the Take the Time project, we are able to serve the entire Saint Louis region.

Today is Give STL Day, a regional effort across Saint Louis to support local nonprofits. This year we are asking for your support of our Take the Time program so that we can continue to provide coaching that is accessible and affordable to people in need.

Thank you for your ongoing support of our mission, and keep a look out for some exciting updates in the coming months!

“…when people ask me about myself, I would say first I'm Tracy Stanton, 39-year-old poet, community activist, board member, and organizer. I love to write, talk, and be a part of community. But, before I got to be this individual, I was Tracy [the] survivor of sexual assault, survivor of community violence.”

Join us Wednesday, December 8th at 7pm CT to hear Tracy’s story and other stories of hope from our coaches, clients, and community partners.
