The Cerutti Family Foundation has teamed up with Parkway Alumni Association to continue the Cerutti legacy by assisting Parkway teachers to continue their education and Parkway 6th grade students to attend Outdoor School.

We’re so excited to invite you to the Cerutti Family Foundation’s Trivia Night & Silent Auction—an evening all about fun, community, and a great cause!

Grab your friends, build your team (tables of 8!), and get ready for a night filled with laughter, friendly competition, and maybe even a winning answer or two. Don’t forget to bring cash for mulligans and our 50/50 raffle—and be sure to check out the silent auction for some amazing items!

Best of all, all proceeds go directly to the Cerutti Family Foundation, helping provide scholarships for Parkway teachers continuing their education and students attending Outdoor School.

Remembering, Honoring, and Holding Gratitude 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend—it is a time to pause, reflect, and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is what allows us to live with freedom, opportunity, and peace.

At the Cerutti Family Foundation, we are especially mindful that service and sacrifice are not just words—they are lived experiences for many in our extended community and families. We also want to extend our sincere gratitude to Ryan Cerutti, grandson of Mike Cerutti, a retired U.S. Army veteran, for his service.

We honor all who have served, we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and we are deeply grateful to those who continue to carry that legacy of service into their lives today.

Today, we remember—and we give thanks. ❤️

As the school year comes to a close, we’re already looking ahead 💙🌲

Thanks to your continued support, the Cerutti Family Foundation was able to increase the number of students receiving Outdoor School scholarships by 10% during the 2025–2026 school year — helping even more parkwayschools students experience the adventure, growth, and lifelong memories Outdoor School provides.

And we’re excited to share that we’ll be able to continue providing that same increased level of support for the 2026–2027 school year! 🎉

Outdoor School creates unforgettable experiences that build confidence, friendships, and connections to the world around us, and we are honored to help make those opportunities possible for more students.

Last Thursday, our Scholarship Committee met to select our 2026 Teacher Scholarship recipients 💛

This year, we received 23 applications from passionate educators dedicated to growing their skills, continuing their education, and making an even greater impact in their classrooms—and they did not make this decision easy on us.

Each application represented an inspiring commitment to students and education, and we truly wish we could provide scholarships to all 23 applicants. While that just isn’t feasible, please know how grateful we are for every teacher who applied and shared their story with us.

Our recipients have been chosen, and we’ll be announcing them soon once final verification is complete 🎉

Celebrating the Women Who Care, Guide, and Give 💛

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the many women who nurture, support, and shape the lives of those around them.

At the Cerutti Family Foundation , we’re especially grateful for women like Barbara Cerutti , Co-Founder & Director of Community & Gratitude, and Linda Cerutti, Steward of Teacher Scholarships. Through their care, dedication, and belief in others, they continue to uplift educators, students, and our entire community in meaningful ways.

Their impact reflects what motherhood looks like in so many forms—guiding, encouraging, and helping others grow into who they are meant to be.

Today, we celebrate all who show up with that same love and care—moms, stepmoms, grandmothers, aunts, dog moms, and every woman who takes on the role of a caregiver. Your impact matters more than you know. 🌸

With a deep appreciation for the educators who helped shape his path, Steve brings integrity, service, and thoughtful leadership to the Cerutti Family Foundation. 💙
A former student of Tim Cerutti, his involvement reflects a genuine desire to give back to the community that had a lasting impact on his life.

Outside of the Foundation, Steve spent many years in public service within the legal field, continuing a career grounded in purpose and commitment to others.

Every memory I have as a kid at your house, playing games in the basement, hearing your stories about softball, making you do a photo shoot with me and my stuffed animals, all of them are just happy. I can’t think of a single memory with you where I wasn’t laughing or smiling. I don’t think I’ll ever feel as giddy and carefree as I did banging pots and pans in the cul-de-sac on New Years Eve. (I told my friends about that recently and they acted like I was crazy.)

I didn’t grow up with many male role models so I have always looked up to you &
grandpa & Pat. You have always been such a positive light in my life; for advice, for
comfort, for laughs. You make me feel genuinely loved and cared about. I hope to be
half the person you are one day and I aspire to be the positive influence you were to
me.

Let’s Get Ready to Celebrate Our Principals 💛

Principals Day is this Friday—and it’s a moment worth planning for.

Principals are the heart of our schools. They lead with care, show up for students and staff every day, and create the kind of environments where learning, growth, and community truly thrive. Their impact is felt in countless ways—big and small—and it deserves to be recognized.

This day is also personal for us. Maggie had the privilege of having my Uncle Mike as my elementary school principal, and I saw firsthand the dedication, compassion, and leadership it takes to do this role well.

So before Friday arrives, take a moment to think about how you can celebrate your principal—a note, a thank you, a kind word. It all matters.

Celebrating a Partnership That Empowers Students & Teachers 🍎💛

Parkway Schools ranks among Missouri’s top 5 districts, with programs like Outdoor School—formerly 6th grade camp—shaping 6th graders’ learning for over 50 years.

Through our partnership, the Cerutti Family Foundation provides scholarships for teachers continuing their education and students attending Outdoor School, supporting growth, exploration, and hands-on learning.

This work continues the legacy of Tim and Mike Cerutti, who dedicated 40+ years to teaching and leading at Parkway, inspiring generations of students and educators.
