Yesterdays special interview with the first child to receive an experimental treatment has meant a miracle for her and many others. CAR-T presents great promise but is not where it needs to be nor a cure for all. As I follow many who are breaking new ground with this type of treatment, I see both miracles and disappointment. Cancer is illusive and patients need all options to survive. Consider contributing to PTC this year and help find new and novel treatments.
