⛳🍷 Nine & Wine 2026 is a wrap! We had the BEST afternoon at the Highlands Golf Course at Forest Park — good golf, great people, and an even better happy hour.

Every ticket, every sponsorship, every swing went toward the Linda J. Murphy Scholarship Program — supporting local law students right here in St. Louis. That’s what this day is really about. 🖤

Thank you to our incredible sponsors and everyone who came out. The St. Louis legal community always shows up and today was no exception. 💙

🎨 Hands in the clay and good company all around.

On May 12th, WLA members gathered at South Broadway Art Project for our Make-a-Mug Workshop — and it did not disappoint. Coffee mugs, soup mugs, stamps, stencils, carvings, and more than a few creative masterpieces in the making.

This is what WLA membership looks like — brilliant women, great conversation, and yes, pottery. 🍷

🏛️ What a beautiful evening at the St. Louis County Courthouse.

On May 21st, the Women Lawyers’ Association was proud to unveil the portraits of Judge Brenda Stith Loftin and Judge Colleen Dolan as part of the Judicial Portrait Project — two women whose service and impact on the St. Louis judicial community speak for themselves.

To see their portraits take their rightful place in this courthouse is a moment we won’t soon forget. Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate, and to Hon. Ellen H. Ribaudo for graciously hosting in Division 18.

These portraits aren’t just paintings. They’re a reminder to every young lawyer who walks through those doors that she belongs there.

Congratulations, Judge Loftin and Judge Dolan. ⚖️

We are grateful for another thoughtful and engaging bipartisan conversation at WLA’s Legislative Luncheon!

When the pace of the legislative session keeps everyone on their toes, it’s always inspiring to come together for meaningful dialogue on the issues shaping our communities. This year’s panel was no exception, bringing forward diverse perspectives and a shared commitment to thoughtful leadership in Missouri. We were so glad to be joined by Representative Holly Jones (R), Representative Raychel Proudie (D), and Representative Cecelie Williams (R), whose insights helped drive a rich and powerful discussion on the impact of current legislation and the issues most important to our members.

A special thank you to Board Members Morgan Murphy and Eisha Ahmed-Petersen for coordinating, leading, and moderating such a dynamic and insightful discussion. Your leadership set the tone for a truly impactful program.

And sincere appreciation to Pastor President Stephanie Black for her invaluable support behind the scenes, helping ensure everything came together seamlessly.

WLA is committed to elevating collaboration, professionalism, and “women helping women,” and this event was a powerful reflection of that mission.

Last night, brought the affinity bars together for the Unity Dinner and that’s exactly what it was. Unity. 🥂✨
This is what it looks like when bar associations do it right. Building relationships across our communities so we can show up stronger for the profession and for St. Louis.
To MAABA, thank you for hosting and for continuing to create space where all of us can connect, collaborate, and show up for each other. Congratulations on a beautiful evening.
Here’s to the affinity bar family. 🖤
