CITY VOTERS - ELECTION INFO BELOW!
Sorry this is so long, but I'm forwarding what I've received from the City of St. Louis' Board of Elections.
Early Voting
No-excuse absentee voting in person begins Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at seven locations:
Election Board, 300 N. Tucker Blvd., 63101, open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturday, October 31, from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Open Monday from 1 PM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 4:30 PM.Carpenter Branch Library, 3309 S. Grand Blvd., 63118;

These locations offer expanded evening hours, open Monday from 1 PM to 4 PM, Tuesday from 11 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 4:30 PM.

Polling Places
Polling places for the November 3, 2026, General Election are final. Please note the following changes:
West Side Missionary Baptist Church has been added as a polling place, in addition to Washington Montessori School. Because demolition of the Euclid School building directly across from Washington Montessori is ongoing, and that activity could disrupt voting there, both locations will be available for voting this November.
To our knowledge, the issues that prevented Christ Southern Missionary Baptist Church and the Youth and Family Center from serving as polling places have been resolved, and both will be open in November. As a result, Patrick Henry School, which served as a substitute location this August, will not be used for this election.
A complete list of polling places is available on the City’s website. Polling place information is also available on the Board’s Election Wait Times Dashboard, which can be reached by scanning the QR code below. Board staff will update wait times at polling places throughout the day, and the dashboard will also provide live information about each location, including any closure or relocation. The dashboard also shows each polling place’s main entrance, accessible entrance, and curbside voting location.

Electioneering Policy
Effective August 28, 2026, § 115.637(18), RSMo, allows an election authority to expand the electioneering buffer at polling places from 25 feet to 50 feet by posting public notice at least six weeks before the election. The Board has posted that notice and adopted an electioneering policy under this authority. The notice is available on our website.
Under the policy, electioneering, distributing election literature, petitioning, surveying, exit polling, sampling, and placing vehicles bearing signs are prohibited inside any polling place building and within 50 feet of the building’s outer door closest to the polling place. This applies on Election Day and during the absentee voting period.
Between 25 and 50 feet from that door, two exceptions apply. A candidate who is not seeking to vote at that polling place may be present and distribute literature, and campaign signs may be placed. The Board will mark the zones clearly at each polling place with signs and tape on the ground, and Board staff will be present to adjust the markings as needed. We ask that you share this information with your committee members, candidates, and volunteers.
