Training Tuesday — have you taken the NEW Safeguarding Youth Training yet?

Make sure you've taken it before Sunday, May 31, 2026, as that is when Youth Protection Training EXPIRES!

Youth Protection Training (YPT) has been replaced by the new Safeguarding Youth Training. This training is required for all Scouting America registered volunteers and is a joining requirement.

Scouting America takes great pride in the quality of our adult leadership. Being a leader in Scouting America is a privilege, not a right. The quality of the program and the safety of our youth members call for high-quality adult leaders.

🚁🚔🍧 What an incredible night at our Cub Scouts recruitment event!

Helicopters, police cars, and Kona Ice made for an unforgettable evening as over 30 youth came out to discover the adventure and fun that Scouting has to offer!

A huge thank you to all our dedicated leaders, supportive parents, and amazing den chiefs who made this night possible. Your enthusiasm and hard work helped show these young people what an incredible journey awaits them in Cub Scouts!

🎯 Cub Scout Pack 648 Recruitment Night

📍 Location: Wohlwend Elementary
🕕 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

TJ’s pizza 🍕 pick-up will be Thursday, April 10 from 4:30p-6:00p in the Wohlwend Elementary parking lot. If you are unavailable at this time, please make arrangements with another Scout family or a family member to come get them. If somebody will be picking up your order for you, please let me know who will be coming in your place.
Online sales end in 3️⃣6️⃣ hours on Wednesday, March 26 at 11:59 pm.
Please give this a 👍🏻 so I know you’ve seen the pick-up date.

Hello!
Our TJ’s pizza fundraiser is in full swing! Just a reminder that the funds raised by your Scout will be placed in Scoutbook for them to use for activities like summer camp, family camps, and recharter. That will be 40% of what you see on your TJ’s Pizza fundraising page.
Online sales will end in 1 week on Wednesday, March 26 at 11:59 pm. Delivery will be approximately 2 weeks after that at Wohlwend. I’ll let you know delivery date soon. Let me know if you have any questions.
