Now that I mentally overcame getting my breast cancer diagnosis, the chem/immuno therapy what’s next?

Now, I am continuing maintenance with tamoxifen, continuing my meds from the effects incurred by the chemo meds, trying to stay away from smoke, limiting my alcohol consumption.

What I need to continue to work on:

1. Maintain a healthy mental state
2. Increasing my water intake
3. Consume more fruits and vegetables
4. Move my body
