🚨 URGENT: VOLLEYBALL CANCELLED TONIGHT (FEB 10) 🚨

Team St. Louis family, we have some frustrating news. ***Tonight’s matches at Forest Park Community College are CANCELLED.***

What happened: We were informed by gym staff that the facility double-booked the courts for a basketball game. Despite our contract and standing reservation, they cannot accommodate us tonight.

The Details:

❌ NO GAMES TONIGHT: Do not head to the gym.

🏐 MAKEUP DATE: We are already working on a Tuesday makeup date and will announce it as soon as it’s confirmed.

📋 I checked for backup space at Center St. Louis, but they are at capacity.

We are incredibly sorry for the late notice and the wasted trip for those already on their way. We’ll be in touch via email with more details soon.

We are still buzzing from the Sin City Classic—from unforgettable matches to nonstop laughs and memories that will last a lifetime.

A huge congratulations to all of our medal winners and to every athlete who competed and represented TSL with heart, pride, and sportsmanship. And yes… TSL was the city with the most medals 🏅💪

So proud of this team and this community. On to the next one 💙

🏐 Big news for TSL Volleyball! 🏐

Team Saint Louis is proud to announce James Caldwell as our new Volleyball Commissioner!!

Many of you already know James from the court or through his work as our Board Treasurer. Over the last three years, James has been instrumental in improving our indoor volleyball program while building the friendships that make Team Saint Louis so special.

James is a familiar face in the STL LGBTQ+ sports scene, bringing years of passion from both the softball fields and volleyball courts. He has previously served as Treasurer and Tournament Director for GLASS and most recently as Team Saint Louis Treasurer and volleyball board liaison—giving him the experience and leadership needed to support a league of this size.

In James’ words:

“As the largest LGBTQ+ non-profit volleyball program in St. Louis—with 380+ players and 50+ teams—we have become a true LGBTQ+ institution. I am fully committed to our growth, dedicated to our continued success, and looking forward to working with our players and volunteers to take our league to the next level!”

Please join us in welcoming James into this new role—we’re excited for what’s ahead for TSL Volleyball! 💙🏐

Our TSL Pickleballers are gearing up for the Sin City Classic—less than a month away and we’re ready to show up and show out in Vegas!

⏰ Please arrive by your scheduled start time so we can keep things moving smoothly—matches will begin immediately after the previous game. (Reminder: a 3rd set is played only in the event of a tie!)

Important Update: Pickleball & Tennis Socials

As colder weather approaches, Team Saint Louis will be pausing our Pickleball and Tennis Socials until early spring.

We want to send a huge thank you to everyone who came out week after week. Your faithfulness, dedication, fun, and welcoming spirits made these socials incredibly special. Your smiles, laughs, and competitive energy brought so much joy to our courts, and they’ll definitely be missed over the winter months.

Don’t worry — we’re not gone for long. This is just a seasonal pause, and we’ll be back before you know it.

Until then, stay warm, stay safe, and we can’t wait to see you again this spring.
